Terms of Service

By using the Rindu mobile app or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Rindu is a private couple app for two paired users. Features include shared distance, widget content, optional place-based alerts, async games, and voice notes. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

• Use Rindu only with a partner who consents to sharing couple data.
• Do not attempt to access other couples' data or bypass security.
• Do not use the app for harassment, illegal activity, or abuse.
• Location and notification features require appropriate iOS permissions.

Background location (Always Allow on iOS) is required for geofencing and keeping widget distance up to date when the app is closed. You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings; some features will stop working.

Rindu is not an emergency or safety service. Do not rely on it for life-critical situations. Distance and presence information may be delayed or inaccurate.

We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request data deletion via support@rindu.app.
